My order never arrived, what should I do?Updated a year ago

Please first check your email and look for any notification emails from us.

We are sending a notification email to update you after every step in the process of sending your order - up to delivering it.

There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. You may also check your local post office to check your parcel. If you still do not receive your order after 3 days from the last 'delivered' notification email - please contact the customer service team to ask for assistance. 

We will try to locate your order and if needed we will create for you a replacement order.
