I accidentally placed a duplicate order, and it hasn't been shipped. How can I cancel it?Updated 9 months ago

If your order is still in the 'pending' status, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number. we will guide you through the process of canceling the duplicate order by coordinating with our warehouse. Rest assured, we will confirm the cancellation as soon as it's verified by the warehouse.

Please note that cancellations for orders already in transit are no longer possible, so please contact us right away.
