To return a product or your whole order - Contact our customer care and request to start a return process.
The return process stages:
- Identify which items/products are opened and unopened.
- Please request a return shipping label from our customer service team. Kindly specify the products you intend to return, indicating which ones have been opened and which ones remain sealed. You also need to indicate the reason for returning.
- Once the above specifications are supplied, our team will create a return label for you, and it will be automatically sent to your registered email in our shop (the same email you have placed your order with).
- Once you receive the label - print it and add it to the package you are sending back.
- After sending your package back to our warehouse, we will track it and inform you once it is received in our warehouse.
- After receiving the returned product/order - we will send you a replacement or will refund you accordingly.
Please note - In case of an allergic reaction to a product (after using it) - please contact our customer service directly and we will assist you with a replacement or refund if necessary.
